Question No signal to display (integrated graphics)

This old beast below is a relatives and it messed up and i want to fix it for them. there is no signal to the display so naturally i made sure all cords and the monitor worked. next thing i read was to "unplug and re plug the graphics card" but im pretty sure this has integrated graphics. can i install a non-integrated gpu onto this thing to make it work again? maybe an external gpu?
