No signal to monitor, Asus M5A97 R2.0

My specs are
Cpu: AMD FX8350
Mobo: Asus M5A97 R2.0
Gpu: EVGA GTX 650 TI boost
Psu: Corsair CX 750w
Ram: Corsair Vengence DDR3 -2400 8GB (2X4GB)
I had bought this from a friend a year ago and it worked perfectly for me and him.
I had the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and decided to get a liquid cooler
I chose the ID-Cooling Frostflow 240L. I had to get a larger case so i transferred my parts over no problem. When it came time to boot it i connected my 2 monitors through DVI on the 650 (the mobo doesn't have on board graphics) and hit the power button and everything turned on, fans and lights,the cooler lights and radiator fans, hard drives, and power supply fan. The green light on the mobo was on when I plugged it in too. The problem is my monitors are saying no signal from dvi, I even tried hdmi and nothing. The monitor will wake up like it recognizes that it got plugged in but then says no signal. I tried reseating the ram and reset my cmos (didn't remove the battery if that matters) I have spent hours reading posts on here of this exact same problem some even after installing a liquid cooler as well. I don't know what else I can try any help is appreciated.

UPDATE: I switched my 750psu for a 850 psu and I tried both pci slots with my 650 and then tried another gpu in both also put different RAM in (did different combos of all things) . did not fix the problem. I am concerned that when I installed the cooler I pressed too hard on the CPU and damaged it would this cause it to turn on but not beep or post or anything other than lights and fans.

This seems like a GPU related issue, although it could be an issue with the CPU. I had a very similar situation happen to me, where I would get no signal from the PC. It turned out, at least in my case, that I had a busted PCI-E power cable. This really just becomes a process of elimination.
1. Try plugging the GPU into a different power cable from the PSU.
2. Try (if possible) a good, known-working power supply instead of the one you have.
3. Try (if possible) a different, again, known-working CPU in the MOBO's socket, as it could have been damaged in the cooler's installation process.
4. Relating to number 3: you could also take the CPU out and put it into a different system to see if it works.

An issue of no display output can be caused by a HUGE variety of things. My brother built a PC that had the same issue as yours, and it turned out he bent a few of the CPU pins. :/
