NO Signal to Monitor!!! PLZ HELLLPP!! :'(

Hello, have a problem and that is ofcourse my pc... i bought a new motherboard (Asrock G31M-GS R2.0), i set everything up.. but this is the problem::

The cpu fan, psu fan, hdd and lights are spinning.. i don't get any signal to my monitor (HP 2009v) and my keyboard/mouse are not turning on... there is no beep sounds/errors and there is not a POST.
Plzz help!! 🙁

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz with a stock cooler.
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT730 Asus 2GB (With the heatsink on it)
Sound card: Ewent EW3750 PCI 5.1
HDD: 640GB WD Caviar blue
PSU: Ewent EW3900 500W
RAM: 2x hynix 2gb 2rx8 pc2 - 6400U - 666- 12
MB: Asrock G31M-GS R2.0

Hope this was enough info.
Plz help me. I waited minimum 5 weeks for the pc to boot it but it doesn't work :"(

Hi, Is the board new, or used? Is a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ connected to it?

The board was new. The pc boots now (for 2 months now) but i don't know the solution I did.... but still thanks for your comment
