No signal to monitor What is the cause?

I recently had a problem with my PC not even starting so I took the components all out and re connected everything outside the case (On an anti-static mat) and the computer started but now their is no signal to the monitor have Tried PCI-E, Clearing the CMOS, Moving the ram But have not move the processor because when I first put it in the pins got bent but they have now been fixed. Realllly need this fixed before January the 18th

Please note I'm only 14 and don't have loads of money to spend on components

The CPU might not work with the motherboard until the motherboard is updated to the latest BIOS.

Have you tried hooking the system up to a different monitor and a different port on your gpu?

Yes I've tried HDMI, Onboard VGA and Graphics card VGA
