No Signal to monitor

I just upgraded my friends motherboard with an MSI 760GM-e51 FX.
Got everything hooked up, turns on with no problems.
Getting no signal to monitor.

Steps taken so far.

Re-seated everything.
Tried onboard video and video card with 2 different monitors.
Cleared bios by taking out battery for 30 minutes.
Tried one stick of ram in every dimm. (Tried it with another stick)
Put some ram that has activity lights on it. (Lights are not coming on)
This is the second motherboard of the same model I have tried.


Rig is:

Phenom 2 x4 955
2x 4gb Corsair vengeane 1600 mhz
120 GB OCZ SSD
750W Bronze corsair PSU
Gtx 670 EVGA FTW.

The CPU requires a BIOS update. What's the manufacture date?

Then the CPU is supported. Can you attach a case speaker to the motherboard?

Board has a built in speaker, it is functional. Tested by powering on without RAM.

What beeps getting with only CPU and CPU fan and what beeps when adding single RAM stick?

3 long beeps without RAM.
No beeps for 1 stick of RAM in Dimm 1.

Try other RAM slot (graphics card still removed). Make sure that the RAM stick is properly inserted.
Test the other RAM stick if still no beeps.

Trying others now, 4GB 1333MHZ 9-9-9-24 1.5v Corsair vengeance.

All slots tested, no beeps.

Now I see that the board has integrated graphics, therefore no beeps.
Connect the monitor to the onboard VGA port, DVD drive, keyboard, mouse, and see if POST-ing.

No bent pins, noticed some thermal paste on some outter pins, cleaned them with 99% alcohol and a horse hair brush. Still nothing.

Tested in old motherboard, CPU is good.

Weird. Do you have a different CPU to test the board with?

I think you are thinking what I am thinking. Since the board was manufactured a couple months ago, it may not be flashed to be backwards compatible anymore. I am sure if I had an FX CPU it would boot right up.

According to MSI, the CPU is supported by the 3.6 BIOS version (latest)

Could it be that the BIOS of a 2013 board is not flashed with the latest version?

Sounds possible. But no way to flash them if I cannot get to them.
Going to go pick up an Asrock AM3 from outlet pc down the street. Thanks for your help.
