Question No Signal to Monitor

a while back, my computer seemed to have malfunctioned, it would turn on for a second then shut off. Recently I fixed it up by taking it apart and rebuilding and that seemed to do the trick, but whenever I plug it into my monitor I get no signal. I have tried other monitors on my pc and other pc’s on my monitor but have not made much progress. After concluding it was probably a pay problem, as I had a crappy psu, I bought a new one but it still doesn’t work. My specs are:
-Intel Pentium G4560
-Nvidia Gtx 1050
-8 GB DDR4 RAM
-EVGA 500W Power Supply

P.S I don’t think it is a gpu problem because it still didn’t work even when I plugged vga straight into my motherboard.

no power to the motherboard?
check for bend pin on the socket?
redo the thermal paste?

The motherboard is powered and there is no bended pins, I will try to redo the thermal paste.
