Hello, I got a problem, yesterday I was in desktop on my PC when suddenly blue screen, and PC restarted. When PC was booting, it was normaly booting windows but when it hit login screen, again bluescreen and restart. Bios works fine. I try to do Bootable USB with windows 10 on my laptop to repair it, but when i plugged it in a boot from it it was doing nothing only Windows 10 Logo and nothing happens, I try boot from that USB on laptop and it worked fine. It was late night so I went sleep. When I wake up next morning and turn on PC, nothing display on monitor, I can't see Bios -> no input to monitor. Light on MB and CPU is lighting, every fan is spinning.

My specs:
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI RTX 2070Super Gaming X Trio
HyperX Predator 2x8GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16
Adata XPG GAMMIX S11P 512GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3

Firstly I thought, its GPU problem so i borrowed from my friend GTX 750Ti and same result.
Disconected everything except CPU GPU RAM.
Tryed every Ram slot with one Ram connected.
Pulling out battery from MB for 30min.
Than I thought it might be MB so i bought new from store (MSI B450 Tomahawk Max) and same result.

I don't know what might be bad, it might be Power Supply or CPU?
I am desperate so thank for any advice.
