No signal to monitors after replacing RAM

I have a Custom built computer that until recently was functioning perfectly. I decided to buy new ram since I was using 90% of my 8Gb already every time I used my pc. I bought 16Gb of vengeance ram https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B006EWUO22?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title to replace my 8Gb of ballistix sport. Ever since I installed the new RAM, my computer runs fine and the lights show that it’s functioning, but both of my monitors don’t receive signal. I know that the monitors work since I can run other hardware with them and it works. I already took out the motherboard battery and replaced it hoping that t would reset the motherboard and work, but it didn’t. I also unplugged and replugged everything I can think of related to my graphics card and monitors. I even took out the graphics card and put it back in (when I replaced the motherboard battery). If you can come up with a solution so I can use my computer again it would be greatly appreciated.
My motherboard is an MSI 970 Gaming motherboard and my Graphics card is a Radeon R9 390.
Thanks

The 2 x16 slots should be identical, with a clip at the end to hold the video card in place. If your primary x16 slot does not have a clip the video card may not be seated properly.

1. Does your computer still work properly if you put back the old RAM?
2. Does your motherboard have the latest BIOS update version M.4? One of the reasons it was issues is "Improved memory compatibility".

If your old RAM now does not work, then compatibility is not the problem, something else is wrong.
Was your computer unplugged when you removed the battery?

I'm unable to use my other Graphics Card slot because the cable for the JUSB4 is blocking the Graphics card from being inserted properly.
I have tried doing each monitor one at a time but it isn't working.
I did notice though that the graphics card slot that I am not able to use has a plastic bar on the end of it while the one I am using isn't. Could that have something to do with it? I didn't remove anything like that when replacing the ram initially though so I don't know if it could pertain to this.

Is there another slot for the JuSB port or is there no way for me to use that slot? What does the jusb do? If necessary I can send a picture of the inside of the pc.
Also, I called MSI support and they said the motherboards is functioning and the best bet is that the graphics card isn’t working like it should. I’m currently driving to a friends to test my GPU in their Pc to see if it functions

Update: I noticed the black plastic that was in my bottom slot was intitially in the other slot, but the plastic broke off. The graphics card now clicks when seated. My last question is what to do about my USB ports since my GPU now covers the JUSB 1-4 slots so I can’t have USB 3.0s
