Hello there! My friend recently bought new components, (New GPU; CPU, MOBO, PSU..), he only kept his HDD and SSD.
Specs:
GPU - GTX 1060
CPU - i7-6700
MOBO - MSI Z10A PRO GAMING CARBON
PSU - Fractal Design Integra M 650W

The problem is that there's no signal to the screen (Yes we tried the things on the stickied thread.)
We've tried removing the GPU and going on the integrated graphics, still nothing. We've also tried different screens. Does anyone have a clue to what to do? I've rebuilt his pc, so it should be correctly built.

Solution
I recently upgraded my computer to a 1060 and everything worked fine with the 650 watt power supply until I put it under load when the screen went black while everything else kept working. Replacing the power supply with a "better" 650 watt power supply totally fixed the problem. The power supply I had bought before that one was DOA.
Have you tried a different power supply? The power supply may be defective even if it is new, or it may not provide the power the setup requires. Alternatively check that all the cables are properly plugged in and that there are no loose or short connections. The problem may be as simple as a power or reset switch on the wrong pins.

Haven't tried another PSU, but since the fans & lights go on, I assumed it was working.
650W should be enough for what he has.
