Question "No signal" to the display sometimes when my PC comes back from sleep or starts up.

Occasionally, or maybe more than occasionally when my computer is awaken from a sleep or I turn it on from being off they display won't recognize the device and I need to hard restart my computer. Any ideas?

Haha no, I got a new PSU and I am back and running up. I thought maybe new PSU would resolve it but it did it again.
