No Signal + USB Ports Don’t Work!

Hello, I just built my new PC, but there’s no signal my monitor says :/.

And when I plug in any hardware in both the case and motherboard 2.0. It lights up for a quick sec, and then they dont work.

Specs:
i7-8700k
Asus z370-f
HyperX fury ddr4 RAM 16 GB (4x4)
GTX 1080 TI FE
NZXT KRAKEN X62

There’s an orange light on the MB that indicates that it’s in sleep mode btw.
