no signal vga monitor gtx 750

when i turned on my computer with a gtx 750 from gigabyte i got no signal and got three beeps is that good? it wont turn the monitor on how do i fix this? also with a hp pavilion p7-1125 do i need to have the 6 pin connector or do i need it because theres like 6 i can connect too.

you mean you added a new gpu? if it have a 6pin pcie power, then yes, it need to be connected.

Well i added it i alos have a 300watt power system is it because my monitor doesn't draw enough power or do i need to connect my monitor with a vga to dvi adapter to the graphics card? also hp pavilion p7-1125 computer
