I’m building a PC and for some reason when I plug into my monitor it says NO SIGNAL. I see everything turning. The cpu fan, case fan, graphics card. But for some reason it just won’t turn on. I tried to put the RAM in different slots but didn’t work. The bios has been updated so it can use this cpu. So I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Please help.
The specs:

Corsair CV450 450 watt
Msi B360-A PRO
HyperX Fury Hx426C16FB3/8
Intel Core I3 9100F
MSI GTX 960

Yes the monitor is directly connected to the GPU no second adapter from hdmi to displayport or something like that either.

Did windows already install the driver for it? otherwise if not if you have integrated graphics try the mobo display out first. and i'm assuming you've already tried another cable, and different port on the gpu?
