I recently bought a 144Hz freesync and then connected it to an RX580 graphics card with an HDMI 2.0 cable. When I turn on the computer, the motherboard turns on the VGA error LED and no signal is displayed until the Windows Welcome screen appears. I find out if the monitor set to 60Hz disappears.
Note We have installed the latest graphics card driver and also the monitor driver.

Is it possible that the motherboard is incompatible with 144Hz at startup, or are there some drivers to solve this?
Or does anyone have any idea how I can solve this?

My build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: AMD RX580 8GB
Motherboard: Aorus B450 elite
RAM: TeamGroup 16GB 3200 Hz
and monitor: Samsung 144Hz freesync
