Question No signal when playing games

So This randomly happened today after 2 hours of gaming then i switched games and now when ever i load into ANY game my monitor blacks out and says 'display port no signal' and wont turn back on so i have to restart my pc from the button ALSO WHEN I LOAD UP GAMES FROM MICROSOFT STORE forza 4, minecraft windows 10 etc the same thing happens except my fan speed goes all the way up to max on all of them ive tried every solution to fix this delete drivers load an old boot of windows i dont know what to do i cant find anything

I5 10500f
Gigabyte g27fc monitor
And yes my psu is 750 w gold certified so i doubt its anything to do with my psu being underpowering as this just randomly happenned today i have never experienced anything like this PLEASE HELP

Sorry i meant 650w but thats still more than enough but i have a gold certified evga 650gt

BUT now i was watching yt on pc for an hour it did the no signal fan speed went to MAX i had to turn of via button i tried loading up pc 3 times no signal straight away and max fan speed the 4th time it booted normal but stillcant play any games i need literal help

is a modular psu, check the cable at both end?
check the gpu temp?

i meant 10400f but on idle cpu is 29 gpu is 26 and then while gaming gpu goes up to like 65-69 MAX and then cpu goes to like 55 max

wdym both sides? and btw gpu idle is 26 when gaming 65-70
