Question No Signal

A few days ago I got a new pc , ordered it online from a local retailer . The first day everything worked great but then the second day the pc started to give me the No Signal message , tried everything I clould but it doesn't seem to help.

Specs
RAM - 1x 8GB ADATA
Processor - AMD Ryzen 2600x
GPU - Radeon RX 580 8GB
1x HDD 1TB
1x SSD 240GB
MOBO - ASUS B450M-K

So far , I've tried reseating thr gpu , checked connections to make sure nothing came loose during shipping , reseated the RAM , I have no idea what to do next ...

Update , after doing a bit more experimenting it seems that the PC will only start properly / with signal , only if held at a certain angle , if upright - won't start ,if on it's side -won't start , but if angled it will .. any ideas as to what this could mean ?
