Question No signal

I bought recently a gtx 650 ti and it boots all the way to the desktop. When thedesktop appears on screen there is no signal after 5 sec.
Cant enter safe mode either

What is your EXACT power supply model number?

If you do not enter Windows, and stay in the pre-Windows or BIOS environment, does it lose signal, or does that only happen if you allow it to load drivers and boot to Windows?

The fact that it does it with even minimal drivers in safe mode makes me tend to think it might actually be a hardware issue, rather than a driver issue or software, but it's best to cover all bases.

What are your FULL system specifications?
