[SOLVED] No signal

I built a computer for a friend but I can't make it work

Power Corsair 550W
Mother Board Asus Prime B365-plus
1 bank ram DDR4 crucial 16 GB
1 M2 Drive
1 HD 1 TB
1 dvdrw
CPU intel i5

To save on budget I planned to use the integrated grapic card (?) so i plugged a VGA cable to the motherboard port and to the VGA of the monitor
When I switch on the PC , fans work, mainboard led go from red to orange and then white, but on the monitor screen I have NO VGA Signal and then switches off to stand by
I tried to replace the crucial ram with one from my computer but it didnt help, so I assume that ram is not the issue

edit - I plugged a video card and it works so I wonder why the integrated one is not reacting and I couldnt find any setting in BIOS

BUT there's no way to make it work with a monitor, I plugged a video card and it works so I wonder why the integrated one is not reacting and I couldnt find any setting in BIOS

a GT 1030 is cheap and halfway decent for e-sports
