[SOLVED] No signal

Hello, Im new at building pc's. I just finished my first build and when I powered it on, the monitor says no hdmi signal detected. The thing is I'm using a display port. I have no idea if this issue is if something in the computer is wrong or if something is wrong with the monitor. Thank you!

My build:

Aorus b550 elite
Crucial p1 nvme 1tb
Pny xlr8 geforce gtx 1660 super
corsair spec delta rgb
ryzen 5 3600x
evga 650w fully modular
Team group 2x8 ddr4 2400

My monitor:

asus vg248 165hz gsyc

If you see "no hdmi signal detected", your monitors input must be set to HDMI. You need to change your monitors input setting to Display Port.
