[SOLVED] No signals error if I turn on PC before TV and soundbar

Hi, I connected the HDMI output port of RTX2080Ti of my desktop PC (9900K, Gigabyte Z390 Xtreme) to the input port of a Samsung soundbar. Then, the HDMI ARC output port from the soundbar to the HDMI input port of a Sony 4K HDR TV. It seems to me that a lot of time if I do not turn on the TV/soundbar before the machine, I get no signals error on my TV screen. This has happened over 10 times already. What is going on here?

it's like it won't auto reconnect over hdmi, try just going to the TV and see if that same issue happens.

Is a well known issue to some equipment. U won't like the answer, so just do what it wants and turn on TV/SB first.
