No sound after installing graphics card

I installed my amd radeon 5450 graphics card on my windows 8.1 system but I have no sound coming from the internal speakers and cannot launch my games. It says sound card not found and when I try to set the default speaker ad the internal one it doesn't even appear.

Which output are you using? Usually Windows will set the default audio output to the HDMI device. Try updating the drivers for both the graphics card and the internal audio devices.
