Hello guys, I just restarted my computer yesterday and got no sound at all.. I really don't know what to do. Here's what I can see: There's a white cross in a red circle in the audio bar (No audio device is installed) and in the device manager, there's only yellow triangles under audio controllers. Here's a screenshot when I tried to uninstall everything and let windows update do the job.

I tried to install Realtek ALC269 High-Definition Audio Driver at this link since i'm pretty sure after a check that this is my Audio Card..

It just won't let me install it:

So.. I really don't know what to do. It seems that my motherboard maybe doesn't recognize my audio card anymore. I'll ask your help then.
Here's a complete AIDA64 report of my computer that you can read:

Thanks a lot guys.
PS: I'm French so my computer language is mainly french, even though there's some japanese in here. My computer is a laptop and is running Windows 7 (x64).
