No sound being recorded

so i have the sades-708 headset and recently the microphone stopped working on this computer it worked on my other laptop but when i plug it into the laptop it registers as relatek if i plug it into this pc it regesters at "high Definition Audio Device" and i still cannot pick up sounds no matter how much i yell into mic

also it will not register if i plug the two jaacks into my mobo holes

i was also messing with startup processes and processes before mic stopped working any help?
