Question No sound coming from speakers after resetting pc

I just reset my pc and reinstalled windows 10 after it was done i went onto youtube and the only sound is crackling when the video is on full volume.

In playback devices it shows the speakers producing sound but there is none coming out.

How can i fix this?

Ensure you have all the relevant audio drivers updated. Possibly the incorrect or no drivers at all have been installed following the reset.
If this is via HDMI from GPU, then ensure that your GPU drivers and GPU audio drivers are fully up to date.
