[SOLVED] No sound coming out of any audio jacks on my motherboard and front panel

I recently swapped out my previous Lenovo Y720 Cube 15-ish pc case with the NZXT H500, everything worked exept the sound. I tried all of the various audio jacks on the front panel and on the motherboard (light blue and light green audio jacks), but nothing really seems to work. The program my pc uses for sound is realtek and i use this headset: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/NP.HDS1A.001

Try using a usb adapter for the jack. You will get power thru the usb.
