No sound from other sources when calling / or bad quality

When I use my bluetooth earphones with my laptop, the sound is good and everything is working. But when I start calling (tried Skype, Discord), audio from other sources cuts out.
I tried changing my input/output devices, and that partialy resolved it, but the audio is really bad.

So now I have two choices - have good audio quality, but dont hear anything else than the call OR have constant static noise, with even some abrupt loud noises, but at least hear other sources

Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Can you please confirm since when are you facing this issue, and that if you have already tried updating the audio driver? If not, please do so and see if that helps.
