Question No sound from speakers until playing a loud one.

I boot windows 10 and I get no sound. I go on youtube and play a music video. After a few seconds I hear a popping sound and the sound comes back to normal.

Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, at bottom of page, and run the troubleshooter. Does it tell you anything? Also what is your pc setup?
