My pc has no sound at all and the audio thing has a red x and it says that the speakers are unplugged but i am using an hdmi cable that is connected from the monitor to the gpu. I had tried to unlock the rx 460 and now this had happened ive restarted multiple times and even tried reinstalling all the drivers. In device manager there is also the yellow triangle over the rx 460 display adapter and when i try to update through there it gives me an error code 43

You should have saved a copy of your original bios on the first place and then use AtiWinFlash to load your image. If you have not saved your original bios, you may find a copy in TechPowerUp bios data base, finding there your exact model. Still, it is not guaranteed that this bios from online database will work because there are several different makes of each card model, but it will most probably work.
Probably your patched bios did not pass the lately enforced bios check from amd. You need "atikmdag patcher" to bypass signature check. Uninstall your drivers using ddu, reinstall them and before you restart, run atikmdag patcher.
Edit: Which exact model is it?
