no sound help!

Hello guys ive been having some trouble i cant seem to get volume on youtube, the things is i get volume on my games, on youtube i do get volume with headphones btw im using a tv as a moniter, any suggestions on how to fix this

On the bottom bar look for the sound icon click on it make sure you tube is playing a video then click mixer then make sure the volume is right up on the internet icon
