no sound in 8

recently i installed windows 8 and already having a sound driver along with.as to improve my sound i installed realtek and unistalled the previous drive with no problem on my sound.
and now as to upgrade realtek i downloaded the latest realtek driver and i unistalled the older version.now the problem occurs.while installing realtek(new version),it says thet an error occur 0x0000000D.now i cant installed the older version also.
i did all the methods to fix the sound problem acoording to my knowledge but no result.in device manager i unistalled all the audio driver and i installed realtek butalso same error.so,help me with that problem plz.....

my motherboard is intel G41 chipst and model is DG41RQ
 
Often the only 'fix' for these kind of problems is a Refresh or Re-install Windows. One thing you could try is System File Checker and hope it finds and fixes a broken file.
Winkey plus X, choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then 'Enter' (Note space before /)
 
no man still the no sound.i cant reformat my pc because its important that i have a business software so i cant risk it by backuping.anyway thanks for response.will the installed software be safe after system restore.its not document,installed software from technicion.
 

Pity. What you could do is install a PCI Sound Card, do you have access to Ebay?
