No sound in aspire 4520

Hello,
iam using aspire 4520, no sound output is coming in it. If i check the system devices, it is showing coprocessor, base system device drivers are not present. so, please help me, if any suggestions please mail me at coolingmediaselvam@yahoo.co.in
