I have had an odd problem were I get no sound in some games. I've tried to find many solutions to no avail. Games like Apex Legends, CS:GO, TF2, and most other games work fine, but there have been a small number where I just get zero audio, games that I have encountered so far have been: Quake Champions, Hot Lava, VR Chat, CoD: Black Ops 4, Noita, and Sven Coop so far. I don't know if I might have no sound in some programs as I use this PC primary just for gaming.
Here are my PC Specs (that should be relavent):
Processor - Intel Core i5-5600k @ 3.50 GHz QuadCore
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8 GBx2
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4 GB
Motherboard - MSI B150 M3 ATX
Headset - Sennheiser PC 350 SE
Since it's a MSI motherboard it used realtek audio drivers. I've tried most of all the basic possible fixes such as: reinstalling drivers, checking mixer, in-game settings, most things in this post https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4520288/windows-10-fix-sound-problems . I really just don't know where to go from here.....
I really would like to figure out what the solution is cause this is preventing me from being able to enjoy some games with my friends.
