Hey guys,
I made some changes to my GPU config and all of the sudden my sound system went out. I tried to re-install drivers, experiment with different settings, and disable certain features, however I have no sound coming through either the front ports or the back ports.

At the moment, I have the AMD HD Audio Device drivers installed by my gpu, as well as the RealTek HD Audio drivers. Also, for some reason in system devices, there are three hd audio controllers and one of them has a notification signifying that it cannot start.

I really don't know what to do guys, I actually re-installed windows(firstly because I wanted to clean my system and secondly to potentially fix this issue) and still no luck.

Any solutions or similar problems? Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Looks to me like you have a problem to do with system resources Likespieman007

Here is a simple way to test to see if it is the problem.
First of all right click on the windows sound speaker icon on the windows desktop.
Select playback devices.

And disable both the Amd HD audio device by right clicking on it and selecting disable.
Next to the same thing for your Realtek HD audio device.

If you were messing around in the bios of the motherboard as well.
Restart the system enter the bios and double check what audio option you have selected as the main sound output.

It will be HD audio for the realtek sound chip on your motherboard.
Or it may be changed to AC 97 for both the front and back ports for audio on the motherboard also.
Or the option to select a digital optical audio out.

Set it to HD audio realtek if not already set in the bios options.
Save the new changes before you exit the bios.

Let windows load up to desktop.
Again right click on Realtek HD audio.

And set it as the default playback device.

You should get sound if you have desktop speakers connected to the back of the audio output ports of the motherboard you have.

If you are using a Hdmi cable to the monitor you have and it has it`s own set of internal speakers you can set the audio to come out of the monitor speakers by selecting the AMD HD audio as the default playback device.

For any headset, for comms with a mic and headphones right click on that device and select set as default communications device if connected to the mic and playback 2.5mm jacks on the front of the system case.

You always have to set either the realtek HD audio, or the Amd HD Audio to be the default playback device in windows 10 to hear any sound.
It should fix the problem if you have an error code 43 in windows device manager although the audio drivers are installed ok.

Firstly, thanks for the reply!

The HD audio was previously enabled in bios, and I still have an issue. One thing I noticed was that the Realtek HD audio speakers said that nothing was plugged in, and the realtek hd audio 2nd output was enabled and plugged in. I dont know what the problem is, it seems like no matter what I try I still get no audio. In the realtek HD audio manager, I disabled front panel detection(the only way for windows to say that something was plugged in) and i tied the front and back panel output to one audio stream. Still no luck. I even re-installed windows, and Im still getting this bug.
