Question no sound on browsers, problems with loading videos

my config:

OS windows 7 64 bit

gtx970 GPU

CPU i7-4770k

8 gb ram

Recently i can't get the sound on my youtube/ streaming videos to play on any browser and i have a hard time loading any videos. I check my internet connection, it's running fine and I reinstalled my audio driver on my GPU but the problem persists. the sounds on my computer outside of my browser play just fine and I can hear the sounds of the videos saved on my drive just as well. I checked the sound mixer and it shows no sound coming from any browser. the volume on my YT and twitch settings are at max. Can you guys help?

so an update for those who care:

If I do a system restore, turn off then turn on the pc again, the audio on the browsers wouldn't glitch up and play as normal until i turn off my pc after 8 days of activity. funny enough, playing youtube videos on discord servers works fine.
