I have a Toshiba laptop: Satellite C55D- A5710. This morning until 6:30 am the sound was working perfectly. I got home and went to watch Netflix, about 7:30, and no sound is coming out, so obviously Netflix won't work.
As far as I know I've done nothing to cause this, and this is what I've done.
Obviously, the laptop is not muted.
I checked the sound properties and it says:
Digital Display Audio: AMD High Definition Audio Device - NOT PLUGGED IN
Speakers: Realtek High Definition Audio Device - Default device, has a green arrow beside it. So I think it's all good.
Just scanned it for viruses, just in case- and that scan came back clean.
Any thing to do to resolve this?
