No sound win7

hello all.

its been 3 days since i had this problem...i have no sound wahts however.in my device manager i have some errors and cant fix tehm...i tried everuthng went every frum and nothing i dont know whats going on.it all started when i bought a ssd and othert monitor for my pc.well the day i formated and install the os all went well.the next day pufff.no sound. i tried reionstalling a formating and nothing.the problem lies in pci bus 0 device 31 function 3 has its says in device manager..did it shorted out?its audio i mean i dont think its possible.and the only thing it can find is nvidia audio hdmi.i dont understand. ive read this comunity is the best at solving this things so can u help me.?

Can't understand the language. Try:

1. Start+R > devmgmt.msc > Scan for hardware changes
2. Reinstall motherboard drivers which came with the Driver CD
3. Right click on sound icon in taskbar, click "playback devices" and see if your audio device is disabled and enable it
