no sounds and won't play video

my dell inspirion one with windows 7 64 will not let me play videos and has no sound under device manager network adapters is open but all say they are working fine. under sound, video and game controlers all are open 4 and all have yellow exclamation under properties on all 4 it says driver corrupted or uninstalled but won't find a new one when I attempt to update.
All was working fine then one day no sound and can't play any video on utube or anything

Don't try to update drivers through Device Manager as a rule. You should download required drivers for your laptop model from Dell's website. Use the appropriate Dell website for your country.

When your on the product support page, enter the Service Tag or Express Service Code which is printed on a label attached to the underside.
