No space left... after a reset?

So I decided that it was time I reset my computer due to some bugs. Well after the process (removing apps, re installing windows, though keeping personal files) I checked to see if apps were really gone. They were, no shortcuts worked and everything was gone, but my hard drive (280 gb space) had only 24 gb LEFT! What? Does anyone know what happened?

Just found out what it was. Apparently, when upgrading from Windows 8 to 10 you are left with an incredibly large Windows.old file. Mine was so big it took up 128 GIGABYTES of my hard drive! DAYUM! Problem is now fixed as windows cleaner has now deleted it and my hard drive is back to normal.
