No System Beep, No POST, No bios or startupNo Display, However Fans run!

CPU and iGPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
Mobo: ASUS Prime A320M-A (updated to latest bios)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1Tb
RAM: 1x8 GB ram 2133mhz
Case: Phantek Eclipse p300
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 450W.

CPU is new and works on other motherboard fine.
So does my case with other Mobo, from friend.
Tested PSU on more power demanding systems.and it worked.
Ram works on other system.

No beep, no display, no post or startup, no bios.

But motherboard lights turn on, all fans and leds running as if the computer started, but obviously doesn't work as stated in the title.
Is there any incompatibilities? Or should I get a new motherboard?

check the cpu pins, make sure none are bent

could simply be a bad bios flash. does the mobo have dual bios?

is the hdd new? if not, disconnect it and try to get to bios

New HDD, new everything so can't be bad bios as I have just built it. And no, no dual bios...

if the bios is not up to date then there is the problem

it is NOT compatible if the bios is not flashed to 3203 or better

what it says on the box is meaningless to you, you NEED to flash the bios before it will work with the 2200g
