no thumbnail on a certain mp4 file

Hey folks,
I have this one mp4 video that for some reason wont display thumbnail properly. All I get is the vlc logo. My other mp4 videos are fine.
I gotta admit this bugs me more than it should. Can someone help?

I've also run into this problem. This makes it really hard to find the girl you are looking for in an expedient manner.
