No Urn or Tombstone

Today it was first time when my sim died, reaper came with hula dancers but
no drop urn - nothing.... I was baffled so save the game and try restart but
it was my big mistake I should have not save game anyway this sim actually
invisibe in there though she is dead but can't see no urn or tombstone so
i move the family to bin and bulldoze the house and move in new house but
dead sim still in...so i was stuck at the house can't move out again. I
tried many diffs trick nothing work so i have to use simpe to track that sim
and delete it.

Handheld was to blame because it making 2 clones in self.

I have 2 bad sims . I detected other sim too so i make him move out and
delete for good.

VERY IMPORTANT BACK UP YOUR NEIGHBOUR BEFORE ELDER DIED.

DON'T SAVE GAME WHEN SIM DIED WITHOUT URN OR TOMBSTONE IT WILL SCREW UP THE
GAME BIG TIME....

HANDHELD ARE VERY BUGGY SO WATCH THAT OUT

i have fix handled from mod....

This is a known bug go to Variousimmers and download Pescado's fix.
