No USB boot option in BIOS

Hello! I just bought a new HDD for my ASUS N56VZ and now I want to do a fresh Windows 8.1 install. But unfortunatelly there's only one boot option - Windows Boot Manager. I can't find CSM and Secure Boot Options, too. Some ideas how can I change the boot order?

Turn on the PC with the connected USB.
Enter the bios on the "boot" screen

enter "add new boot option"

After selecting the option usb you must enter "boot option 1" to select the usb

Turn on the PC with the connected USB.
Press F8 repeatedly to display the windows boot selection screen.
