no usb boot option

Trying to boot and install windows 7 from USB not showing up as an option, on gigabyte uefi dualbios. Only options under boot option priorities are uefi ut165 and ut165 . I just downloaded the iso from windows website for their windows 7 install via usb. erased all other data on my usb but didnt change anything else with my flash drive. i plug it into my pc and i see no option about it please help
edit: i will also add on gigabyte UEFI dualbios

once i download this and run it on my usb , do i clear all the files it puts on my usb and put back on the windows 7 usb installer i want?
edit: nevermind, i need to insert the iso during the rufus operation

edit edit: i got my pc to run the iso on the usb but now im getting an error it says:
A required DVD/CD drive device driver is missing. Then it says if i have a dvd/cd/floppy/usb to insert it now but my USB is already plugged into the back. It gives me the option to browse but if I click cancel or continue I get the same error or can only exit.
 
u need to convert the usb disk into a bootable drive...
poweriso is a good software to do that...
after you have done that, you need to change the boot device priority in BIOS to "removable drive"...
and then restart the system with the usb stick plugged in...

I have a gigabyte h110m-A motherboard if anyone has got an os with one of these before any advice appreciated.. super noobie trying to figure out how to update all my stuff so it can read and run windows 7 install from my usb
