No USB ports working when booting PC

Monitor, mouse , keyboard and headset not working/connecting when booting PC. Fear it may be broken Mobo

Lights on everything still light up when booting. GPU, Ram and Mobo all light up when booted.

Have already tried checking if everything was plugged in but still not sure as I am not as experienced.
