Question No video after replacing power supply

I recently had a situation where my PC wouldn't turn on, no beeps, no fans, nothing. Suggestion in the power supply forum was replace the PSU and since I had a spare, I did. Turned on right away but I had no video. It's an Asus B150 motherboard with Pentium G4500 and I'm using the Intel on-board video. I tried a spare Nvidia Quadro K600 and got the same result. My monitor says no signal from either the VGA or DVI output. I got no beeps when I turned it on so I have no indication of what the problem might be. I'm using the same monitor hooked to another PC right now so the monitor nor the cable are the problem. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Could be Board failure.

Turns out if one of your DIMMs is not fully seated, the PC will come on but the on-board graphics won't work! Learn something new every day!
