No video after travel, PSU or Moboard?

My PC is showing no video to neither of my monitors. This is an AMD-FX board so doesn't come with On-Board graphics. After traveling 200 miles the PC worked fine, and continued to work for 2 weeks. After bringing it back home the PC refuses to show video.

The CPU, GPU. PSU all spin up, The USB's lightup, The Case-fans/LED's light up and spin, I can hear the sound of the PC launching windows with their login sound. However no video is reached.
I've tried switching out for an older GPU but that also gives no video, So the problem seems to be down to the MB or PSU, Both monitors read "No Signal".


Any ideas? (PC Specs in Signature)

have you tried the video cards in the other PCIe slots? Maybe the slot itself is the issue that board has more than one. it's worth a shot.

I have tried the spare GPU in both PCI-ex16 ports. (Actual GPU too large to fit without removing HDD Bays.)
