Question no video after upgrades

Hello!

I recently upgraded motherboard/cpu/ ram and now i cant get any video when i boot up. Fans are all spinning and the MB diahnostic light for the cpu is illumunated in a white light.

Parts:
Cpu: i7 9700k
MB: msi z390
RAM: patriot dd4
GPU: gtx 1660 (worked in old pc)

Things ive tried:
Checked all cpu pins /power cables (cpu / gfx and main power)
Uninstalled and reinstalled all components 3x
Built MB outside of case
Removed gfx card and used onboard graphics
Pulled cmos battery for 5 minutes

Any ideas? Thanks!

Try removing your gpu and use the igpu.
