Question no video but everything else seems to be working

Just built a system with my son (minus a GPU for now) and on powerup we see nothing coming out of the HDMI port of the integrated on-board graphics. We re-traced all of our steps and still no clue what we did wrong. Even followed the troubleshooting checklist in this forum. Everything seems to be lit up in the case but no video output.

I'm trying to upload a photo from Google Photos but I keep getting an error message so here's the link:

I don't think there is an igp on that cpu.

Well that certainly explains it !!! We were going bananas. My son wants to wait for a 3060ti from Best Buy but they never have them in stock so I guess we'll just continue to wait.

Why are there video ports then in that case?

There are cpu's that do have an iGPU - in other words, no F in their names.
