No video but fan is spinning

im having trouble making my custom build computer to work

it didnt show anything on first boot

anyone can help ?

here are my parts=
Msi 970a g43

Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB Video Card

AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

cooler master gx 650w

You plugged in the secondary power plugs into the back of the card? Changed the BIOS to tell it you're using PCI Express for Video instead of Integrated?

but how do i change the bios without seeing nothing in the screen

OK... just looked up your specs... Your card had one Single Link DVi and one Dual Link DVi port. Which one of those are you using??
