No video detection on new build.

Just finished building. Computer turns on fans are running, but I can't get video. There are no beeps at startup. I tried the onboard video and the installed video card. Tried two monitors with no success. Any suggestions?

** Forgot to mention I followed the tutorial posted with no success*

I've tried on my TV and 2 different monitors. Tried HDMI and DVI.

Try leaving single RAM module installed, graphics card removed, and testing each RAM slot.
Are you using a tv, or monitor?
